When you purchase any product from Astro Products you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Your Bushnell Velocity speed gun has a warranty/repair through the manufacture: Bushnell. Please read, and save your instruction owners' manual for this information. Save your receipt and invoice for proof of purchase.

Astro Products accept returns to us ONLY under the following conditions...
| 1) Astro Products needs to be notified of the return within 10 days of your receipt of the product, and you MUST call (see below) and get a RMA return number, and state why you feel the unit is to be returned, rather than repaired. No returns to Astro Products will be accepted without a RMA! |
| 2) The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION (not used to be returned for a cash refund). |
| 3) If you have used the product, Astro Products will not accept it back, however you have a warranty with Bushnell. If the product is broken or will not perform to product specification, you must call and then send the product to the manufacture for repair / replacement. You have this right! |
| 4) If the problem was due to an error of ours: Astro Products accidentally sent the wrong merchandise, Astro Products will accept responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please, contact us first, then use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. Your credit card, or a check will be refunded for the return shipping, after Astro Products approves, and then receive the returned product. |
| 5) If the return was not due to an error of ours, you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it. And you feel that you MUST send it back to us, then, you the buyer accepts full responsibility for shipping costs, plus you the buyer accepts, and will be charged up to a 50% re-stocking fee, because now the package is open and the radar unit is used. |
